Newsletters provide the families and supporters with information about childhood cancer, up-coming events and fundraisers, letters from patients and family members and much more.

Web-Page & e-mail communication

Educational Support which includes brochures and books and internet access.

Toys/Gifts for the children who have special procedures at the out-patient clinic as well as providing gifts to children in the hospital throughout the year. Birthday gifts are also given to the children.

Blood Bank Donation/Blood and Bone Marrow Drives Candlelighters families have access to blood products for their children.

Two-bedroom House provides a home for parents to stay while their child is receiving treatment. The home was opened in 1981 and is called the Doug-Out. This home was named in remembrance of Doug York who lost his life to cancer.

Emergency Assistance available to families with special needs; such as groceries, transport, clothing, etc.

Van Transport to and from the hospital and or clinic for cancer treatment.

Hospital Visitation to newly diagnosed families by a parent who has had a child with cancer. These visits are an opportunity to help families feel less isolated and alone in dealing with this disease.

Teen Connection this program provides the teen with an opportunity to meet other teens who have had cancer. They participate in group discussion and monthly activates/outings.

Bereavement Assistance emotional support and financial assistance when needed.
